Nick Leibold has over 15 years of experience across private equity, investment banking, equity research, and corporate operations. Currently serving as CFO and Executive Director of Hoxworth, the nation’s oldest independent blood center, Nick leads all business and operating functions, driving financial turnaround and strategic growth in a newly created leadership role.
Previously, Nick served as co-CEO of a pharmaceutical distributor, as well as leading the acquisition and successful exit of a global biobank.
Nick began his career at J.P. Morgan in healthcare investment banking and equity research, raising capital and covering more than 35 public companies. He also held early roles in corporate finance within a top-tier private equity-backed TMT portfolio company.
Nick holds an MBA from NYU Stern and a B.S. in Finance from Miami University. He is an active community leader and YPO member, with a passion for civic involvement, mentorship, and improving access to healthcare. When not chasing his two young kids around, interests include travel, skiing, live music, and golf.
