Executive Assistant

Mary Lynn began her career in 1993 with Premier Bank, a Louisiana‑based institution later acquired by JPMorgan Chase. After four years in the banking center, she expanded her expertise across multiple departments, developing a deep understanding of the Home Lending post‑close process. Her commitment to learning and operational excellence led her to the role of Administrative Assistant to the Quality Control Vice President in 2013.

She later advanced to Senior Administrative Assistant for the Document Execution Department, where she provided high‑level administrative support and played a key role in driving organizational efficiency. Known for her adaptability, meticulous attention to detail, and strong relationship‑building skills, Mary Lynn became a trusted resource for administrative colleagues across the company.

Mary Lynn went on to become the Senior Administrative Assistant to the Executive Director of the Auto Division, additionally supporting six Vice Presidents across two locations. In addition to her executive support responsibilities, she acted as the central coordination hub for 15 Supervisors and approximately 225 employees spanning Monroe, LA, Fort Worth, TX, and Tampa, FL.

After 31 years with JPMC, Mary Lynn retired and relocated to the Cincinnati area to be closer to family.

Mary Lynn has two grown children.  As a lifelong Louisianian, she is proud of her roots.  She enjoys all things Mardi Gras, along with the rich flavors of Cajun cuisine. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, attending concerts, sporting events, festivals and spending time with family and friends.
