Mark Deutsch, MD is a Senior Advisor at ArkMalibu. Mark is a practicing Otolaryngologist at TriHealth, Inc. having been in medical practice for over 25 years.
Dr. Deutsch was a founding member of Queen City Ear, Nose and Throat Associates. While serving as President, he had responsibilities for practice management, contract negotiations and strategic growth with the constant goal of excellence in patient care. He also served as the physician manager of Queen City Hearing Associates and Queen City Medical Leasing Corporation.
As a founding board member and original partner in Evendale Medical Center, Dr. Deutsch led the transition from an ambulatory surgery center to an accredited hospital. He served as President of the Mergers and Acquisitions Committee, ultimately leading the sale of this entity to TriHealth, Inc. Dr. Deutsch remains President of the Board of Evendale Surgical Properties, managing the ownership of TriHealth Evendale Hospital.
Dr. Deutsch has held numerous board management positions including Chairman of the Otolaryngology Division of Surgery at Bethesda North Hospital; Board member of TriHealth Physician Partners; and Member of the TriHealth Surgery Committee.
Originally from Northeast Ohio, Mark settled in Cincinnati after graduating from Duke University in Durham, NC. He completed his medical degree and residency in Otolaryngology—Head and Neck surgery at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He and his wife enjoy spending time with family and friends. They also enjoy adventure travel especially hiking, cycling, and scuba diving.
