Cindy Davis is a Senior Advisor at ArkMalibu, and is a consumer-centric leader with a demonstrated history of driving results in the retail, hospitality, and entertainment industries by building strong businesses, strong brands, and strong omni-channel customer relationships.
Following an impressive career with C-Suite roles at Walmart, Disney, L Brands, and Bed Bath & Beyond, Cindy is now bringing her breadth of experience across industries to the boardroom. She served as an independent director on the boards of Destination Pet (a private equity-backed provider of pet care and veterinary services) and currently serves on the board of Airship (a venture capital-backed marketing technology firm that helps companies drive mobile app engagement).
Cindy honed her strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and communications skills early in her career at Pizza Hut, Doubletree and Starwood Hotels, Harrah’s Casinos, and multiple global advertising agencies.
Cindy earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business from William & Mary, where she serves as chair of the Governance Committee for the Business School Board of Trustees, and a Master’s degree in International Marketing from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird).
Cindy is a champion for the advancement of women in business and, along with her husband Rob, works passionately to support our veterans and active-duty military.
