ArkMalibu is pleased to announce that they have collaborated with The Banah Group to serve as financial advisors to Frontier Justice in its sale to Rooted Pursuits, a newly-formed affiliate of Ambassador Enterprises. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Frontier Justice is a premier experiential retail destination that provides fashion, firearms, education, and shooting range experiences in several locations throughout the Midwest. The company was founded by Mike and Bren Brown in 2015, who realized the marketplace needed a shooting sports retailer that was also approachable for women and families. Frontier Justice’s dedication to faith, family, and freedom changed the face of the firearms industry by educating a wider demographic on traditional American values.
