March 1, 2024, Colorado Springs, CO — ArkMalibu served as the exclusive financial advisor to Blazer Electric Supply in its sale to Graybar. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Graybar, a leading distributor of electrical, communications and data networking products and provider of related supply chain management and logistics services, today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Blazer Electric Supply, based in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Blazer Electric Supply is an electrical distributor that serves construction, commercial, institutional, and industrial customers. The company was founded in 2009 by Mike and Steve Blazer and operates two locations in southern Colorado. The Blazer name has been synonymous with superior customer service for decades, dating back to when Mike and Steve’s father (Fred) founded and sold multiple distribution businesses.
